Travelling plays an important role in our lives. Jaipur, also known as the “Pink City,” is a beautiful place to visit. The city boasts a rich culture and heritage. It is named after the mighty king Sawai Jai Singh.

Our journey commenced on September 30, when we gathered at our school around 6:00 a.m. We boarded the bus after waving goodbye to our parents. During the bus journey, our teachers played some songs. We could suddenly feel a wave of happiness when Sadhna Ma’am entered our bus. She made everyone dance.

After reaching the hotel at 12:30 p.m., we had lunch and rested before leaving for our next destination, Chokhi Dhani. We enjoyed it a lot. After returning to the hotel at 9:00 p.m., we were exhausted. Some of us slept out of weariness, while others, still brimming with energy, played games and watched T.V. till midnight.

The next day, we woke up and got ready. Afterwards, we had breakfast and set off for Amber Fort. We got to know about its history. The guide told us that the king had twelve wives. This fact left us in awe. It was a day filled with fun and learning. We returned to our hotel for lunch and left for our school in Gurugram.

In conclusion, our visit to Jaipur was really amazing. The city’s rich heritage and vibrant culture left a lasting impression on all of us. We are already looking forward to our next visit to Jaipur.
