1. Manager (Delhi/ Bangalore/ Mumbai)

  • Must have Institutional Sales experience.
  • Acquiring, Developing and Maintaining Business.
  • Proven track record of sales target achievement, excellent selling skills, excellent networking.
  • Business Generation.
  • Close business from both Client and New Schools.

2. Senior Relationship Manager (Mumbai/ Hyderabad)

  • Business Generation.
  • Taking appointments for meetings/presentations.
  • Preparing Proposals and Price Quotes in consultation with Sr BDM.
  • Presentations to Coordinator in School/Principals/School Management.
  • Regular follow ups with all schools.


1. Relationship Executive- Operations (Kolkata)

  • Preparing Visa Guides for the season with reference to embassy guidelines.
  • Ensuring clear communication with School, parents, Embassy, VFS
  • Filling DS- 160 Forms
  • Making the pre-visa and pre-departure presentation
  • Finding the best option of flights (matching the itinerary, date of travel and budget)
  • Sharing seat and Meal request with vendor /airline
  • Web check in for schools (Groups)
  • Assisting all ground coordination for International Journeys i.e. Hotel Bookings, Train bookings, Bus/Coach, Itinerary preparation etc.
  • Experience of 2 to 3 years

2. Assistant Manager- Costing (Delhi)

  • Internal coordination with the team to understand the requirement.
  • Sending queries to the vendor to get the costing as per the request received from sales team.
  • Prepare cost sheet as per the quotes received from vendor.
  • Negotiation and delivery of the services promised at the time of quotation to be ensured with vendor during execution.
  • Special Programs coordination, execution, costing, make presentations and ensure that sales team understand the program.


1. Assistant Manager- Media Projects (Delhi)

  • Coordinating with the editorial and the media team for compilation of outputs.
  • Keeping a record of all the books and magazines to be published and prioritising in consultation with the sales team and the school managemen.
  • Handing over course material for the programs to the Journey Mentors/ Tour Directors.
  • Train the Media Team/ Publication Compilers for aesthetic balance and appropriate media use.
  • Conducting pre-departure Media Project workshops with students on books, magazines, blogs, and podcasts as applicable.
  • Keeping a season-wise record of course material and media project kits.
  • Collating feedback from schools, parents, and students on the quality of media projects delivered.
  • 4 years of experience with a publishing house or advertising agency.
  • MBA from tier-2/3 business school with Marketing Major or Masters in Mass Communications.
