Let us explore the smart lifestyle of Singapore. Singapore is also known as the “little red dot” and the “Lion City” around the world. It is called the “little red dot” in reference to how small the country is shown in many world maps.

Singapore is the best country to live in as there are smart solutions for water and traffic issues. Singapore’s name is derived from the name “Singa”, meaning lion, and “Pura”, meaning city. Merlion is an iconic landmark which represents the “Lion City”. The Merlion is also the official mascot of Singapore. It has the head of a lion and the body of a fish, which gives it the name Merlion. The climate is usually wet and humid because of its proximity to the sea.

Singapore is a kaleidoscope of cultures. There are diverse small cultural pockets in Singapore such as Little India and Chinatown. It is a misconception that Sentosa island is a man made or artificial island. This is believed because the government converted Sentosa island into a resort getaway for tourists with many fun activities available. It consists of Universal studios, Skyline Luge, Adventure Cove Waterpark, and Siloso beach. Technology is very advanced in Singapore. It ranked fifth in the 2024 Global Smart City Index. Security in Singapore is properly maintained. The rules here are too strict and the fine for breaking such rules can go up to $300.

So, we found Singapore to be a safe and culturally rich country. We consider it the most modern city in our generation.
