Singapore will forever hold a special place in our hearts. This city has so much to offer. The first stop on our journey was Universal Studios Singapore. It has a variety of thrilling rides and attractions inspired by beloved Disney characters and blockbuster films such as Transformers and Jurassic Park. With twenty four rides and six themed zones including Hollywood, New York, Sci-Fi City, Ancient Egypt, The Lost World, and Far Far Away, the park offered an immersive experience. With so many rides and experiences, it was perfect for all age groups.
Next, we headed to Sentosa Island for some outdoor fun. We zoomed down the luge tracks, feeling the twists and turns. Then, we visited the S.E.A. Aquarium and we toured through the aquarium, witnessing a fascinating variety of sea creatures. The vibrant colours of coral reefs and the graceful movements of seahorses captivated us.
We also learnt about Singapore’s innovative water treatment at the NEWater plant. On the guided tour, we saw how wastewater is turned into clean, drinkable water using advanced technology and eco-friendly methods. The NEWater Plant serves as a testament to Singapore’s unwavering commitment to ensuring water security for future generations.
No trip to Singapore would be complete without shopping on Orchard Road. This busy street had everything from luxury brands to unique boutiques, catering to all our tastes and budgets.
In summary, our trip to Singapore was filled with a variety of activities, from thrilling rides and outdoor adventures to educational tours and shopping. We had an amazing time exploring this dynamic city!
