Adventure is the key to stepping out of our comfort zones and learning to become leaders. Our experience at the adventure camp was filled with stories and activities that truly challenged us.
One of the first activities we enjoyed was zip lining. Many of us felt nervous at first, but once we took the plunge, we couldn’t wait to do it again! We also tackled the high ropes course, which everyone found exhilarating. Trekking, hiking, and participating in the mega challenge were also the highlights of our time together. We learnt to build shelters and even cooked Maggi noodles, which was a fun way to connect with nature.
These activities were not just about having fun, they taught us important survival skills and fostered a deeper appreciation for the environment. We participated in various team-building exercises that emphasise teamwork, collaboration, and leadership. Although the activities were exciting, we remained disciplined and committed to environmental practices, such as Leave No Trace (LNT).
We hope our stories inspire others to try EdTerra’s adventure camps. We encourage everyone to join in on these adventure camps and embrace their inner daredevil! Our time at the camp not only brought us closer together but also empowered us to face challenges with confidence.
