On our journey to Koti, we realised that mountains speak to us only if we are willing to listen. Connecting to nature takes time, just like all the good things do.

We, the students of DPS Raj Nagar Extension, present a blog where we have documented our trekking journey. It began when we left for our destination at night and arrived in Koti the following day. On the very first day, we started tracing our path to the heart of nature.

On the second day of our journey, we woke up to the cheerful chirping of birds. This was followed by a super exciting high rope course and zip line activity. We ended our day with a heartwarming bonfire session, where we bonded with our friends.

The next day began with an energetic trek which was super exciting and thrilling. The trek proved to be healing for both our physical health and spiritual well being. While crossing the valley, we explored local fauna and admired the beautiful forest around.

The fourth day began with a mega challenge for all of us. It came as a surprise for all the teams as we had to engage in activities like shelter making, stretcher making, and catapult activity. With certain effective hacks, these activities were a test about how much we have learnt about organic living.

In conclusion, we all worked together to unlock the mysteries of the mountains. The journey was a powerful way of boosting our confidence, while also making new friends and lasting memories. In the end, we discovered new ways of living and learnt mind blowing survival skills.
