On June 3, we reached Brussels. The journey from Paris to Brussels was very long. It was already night when we reached Euro Space Center, Brussels. We straightaway went to our beds. Little did we know that a fun day awaited us.

The next day, we woke up early at 6 a.m. as we were eager to learn about space and astronauts. It was a wonderful experience. We were taken on a space tour to help us understand the galaxy and the solar system. We sat on a spinning chair and experienced how an astronaut feels while walking on the Moon and Mars. The chair spins on a single axis to reproduce feelings of disorientation and vertigo. We also launched the rockets we made in the last two days. We learnt the basics of propulsion theory and lessons on the stability of rockets in flight.

On the second day, we left the Euro Space Center and headed towards our hotel. It was pretty far. Upon reaching, we quickly rested our eventful day.

The following day, we visited Mini Europe. It was a beautiful place where we saw Europe’s magnificent monuments in miniature form. The replicas of 350 monuments here are adorned with bonsai trees, lush flower groves and enchanting dwarf trees. Later, we took a city tour and bought souvenirs. We shopped for magnets, keychains and of course, Belgium’s famous chocolates. We even saw the stunning Grand Palace.

Brussels is a fantastic place. We had the best time of our lives there. It is a lovely city and everyone should visit it at least once.
