Situated in central Florida, Orlando is one of the most-visited places in the world. Not only does it open a window to the study and practice of space science and aeronautics but also it is known for its variety of amusement parks. These amusement parks feature some of the most breathtaking shows and dangerous rides.
Walt Disney World
Our first destination in Orlando was Walt Disney World. We learnt about the life of an amazing genius who faced many hardships before becoming a successful entrepreneur. Presently, the Walt Disney Company is one of the top production studios in the world. Besides the magical rides, we thoroughly enjoyed the display of fireworks in the sky. As the sunset and the darkness descended, the Disney castle shone brightly and this spectacle inspired us to stay positive and motivated despite the odds.
Universal Studios
Next, we visited Universal Studios and all of us were really excited to go inside The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Some of the rides such as The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man were quite adventurous. We realised that no one could possibly cover the entire amusement park in a day; however, if you happen to be Spider-Man, Iron Man, or Superman, you might just succeed.
The Kennedy Space Center
For anyone who visits Orlando, it is mandatory to explore the Kennedy Space Center. At the start of our journey, we were inspired by John F Kennedy’s words: “We choose to go to the moon in this decade and do the other things, not because they are easy, but because they are hard…” Truly, before the decade could end, NASA organised a successful mission to the moon. Since then, the organisation has continued to accomplish many milestones.
Overall, we can safely say that Orlando is an amazing tourist destination. It is hard to imagine if this destination could disappoint any student. We promise that this tour will tell you things Wikipedia can’t. The memories of visiting Orlando will stay in our hearts for as long as we are alive.
