TERI (The Energy and Resources Institute) A team of superheroes with no powers, but their work has changed India for the better. TERI was a boon to human kind. It has made such a huge impact in more than 140 crore lives.

TERI was inaugurated in 1974 and has very high expectations to live up to, they want to make this world a better and more sustainable place to live in. TERI determination is what has led them to success. Our experience in the TRISHA bio farm has opened our eyes and shown us how important farming is. These farms are the reason these people have enough money to send their kids to school. These lands helped these people risk out of poverty. Another amazing thing TERI created is the Kumaon Vani Radio. Thi radio features villages, their culture and their language.

This radio broadcast daily on 90.4 Mhz and talks to 500 villages. The radio station also talks about the environment, education, jobs, staying healthy and not littering. The crops grown in TRISHA also help people in the region. They help with various diseases and skin issues, this organization is a lifesaver.

The people of Supi and TISHA have been working together for about 20 years and will continue to help future generations, together they have created a sustainable and green future in the heart of the Himalayas.
