Discovering Bhimtal

This blog post briefs about the camping experience we had at a small town in Nainital. It informs us about the importance of educational trips, how to face our fears and getting close to nature.

In today’s conventional educational environment, students hardly get exposure to life-changing opportunities. Educational trips help to provide these opportunities to students. Children also overcome certain fears through adventure activities on these trips. They get to witness the wonderful nature and Mother Earth at its best. We started our day early in the morning and were taught the importance of exercise, for both the body and the mind. In modern society, we notice that physical and mental health are highly unstable.

Trips like these give us a positive chance to learn new ways of sustainable development by introducing modern adolescents like us to encourage sustainable adventure activities like rappelling, zip lining and high-altitude–ropes-course. It also fosters a comfortable though challenging environment for students.

This trip exposed us to various environments that made us discover new things about ourselves. It gave us life changing experiences and fostered a comfortable environment to showcase our talents. It helped us to collect wonderful and unforgettable memories.
