Orlando, Where Dreams Take Off

Our journey to the United States of America began in the vibrant city of Orlando, Florida. Renowned for its fantastical theme parks like the Disney Magic Kingdom, Orlando gave us unforgettable memories.

Our first stop was at Disneyland, which was the most magical destination. As we entered the grounds, we felt as if we had stepped into a fantasy world. Firstly, we were amazed to spot Cinderella Castle. The castle was literally glittering and the whole venue vibrated with music, laughter, and cheers. We encountered Disney characters like Mickey Mouse, Goofy, and even Elsa!

Rides such as Space Mountain and Pirates of the Caribbean scared the pants off us, but the colourful parades and fireworks left us stunned. We adored every moment we spent at Disneyland – from buying Mickey Mouse shaped snacks to dancing with performers.

Next, we spent two whole days at the Kennedy Space Center which was a true eye opener. We saw giant rockets, walked beneath the enormous Saturn V, and explored NASA’s incredible space discoveries. The display of the Atlantis space shuttle gave us a fascinating glimpse into life in space. Following our excursion into the space sector, we rocketed off to the movie themed world of Universal Studios. The rides were truly exhilarating, including Transformers, Revenge of the Mummy, Jurassic Park, and many more. However, the most exciting experience was our trip to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.

From Disney fairy tale moments to strolling through space at the Kennedy Space Center, and heart stopping rides at Universal Studios, Orlando was a journey of fantasy, adventure, and discovery. This was the perfect precursor to our US adventure trip where we started off with smiles, shopping bags, and memories indelibly marked in our minds.
