We are students from BK Birla Public School who visited Bali, Indonesia with EdTerra. In this blog, our group wants to showcase the must visit places, culture, and the reason for Bali being a tourist attraction.

Firstly, we visited the Batik factory, where traditional Indonesian and Batik textiles are created by hand. Creating one piece of clothing which is fully covered with Batik textile design takes 3 months. Next, we visited the famous Rice Terraces in Bali. They were the best example of natural beauty as every corner was filled with greenery. They also had many photo-clicking points as well as swings for individuals and couples.

Travelling around Bali by bus with music playing inside was the best experience. Our next stop was the Monkey Forest. Here, there were monkeys in every corner. These monkeys are known to be too friendly and sweet. At the entrance of the temple in the Monkey Forest, we saw Kumbakarna, and upon entering from the main gate we saw a holy place for pooja. Girls and women during their menstruation aren’t allowed to visit or even enter this temple as it is considered a sin.

Last but not the least, our stay at Fairfield by Marriott was amazing. This was the most beautiful hotel with clean rooms, swimming pool, and a very cool and interesting buffet. We found Bali to be a must visit place as it is very affordable and filled with natural beauty. Every person here is too sweet and kind. The value of nature is respected in Bali as everyone follows sustainable development.
