Building Confidence Through Adventures at Koti 2026

Our school journey to Koti, Chail, was a wonderful experience filled with adventure, learning, and unforgettable moments. We left school at 9:30 p.m. and travelled overnight. On our way to the destination, we saw the mountains and scenic views of Himachal Pradesh, which made the journey even more special. After reaching the hotel, we were warmly welcomed and enjoyed a delicious breakfast before starting our activities.

We were divided into six groups, and each group took part in different exciting activities. One of the most enjoyable activities was Nature Mandala Art, where we used leaves, pinecones, twigs and other natural materials to create beautiful designs. The activity encouraged creativity and helped us appreciate nature more closely.

The next day, we took part in valley crossing, which was both exciting and challenging. It taught us the importance of physical strength, balance, and coordination. We also played team-building games such as hula-hoop and Where Is My Monkey. These activities helped improve our communication, coordination, and teamwork skills. Later, we enjoyed adventure activities like zip-lining and the High Rope Course, which tested our courage, focus, and determination.

On the third day, we went on a hike, enjoyed the peaceful natural surroundings, and explored the local area of Koti. We also spent some time shopping and buying souvenirs to remember the trip. Throughout the journey, we enjoyed tasty food, comfortable accommodation and the company of our friends and teachers. Most importantly, we learnt valuable lessons about leadership, responsibility and supporting one another. Our journey to Koti also helped us build stronger friendships. Overall, the journey was both enjoyable and educational. We returned home with new experiences, greater confidence and memories that we will cherish for a long time.
